Café Lombard - San Francisco, CA
An Italian restaurant run by a Chinese lady chef, with Chinese waiters, and an Italian clientele. The food is good, which is what keeps the Italians coming back. It's also terribly full of oil. The chef will also take orders, since there's only one overworked waiter. Don't go in expecting her to speak Italian, she'll reply in Spanish.
Unfortunately they have just one overworked waiter.

she is NOT chinese you stupid @$$, shes filipina... you know, from the PHILIPPINES! take some culture lessons..
I fail to see how taking culture lessons would help me here. Do they teach one to tell the difference between people of different nationalities? Different races probably, but nationalities are very different, and if one isn't wearing ones traditional clothing, or speaking ones national language it becomes much harder. She was doing neither.
The only way I could know what nationality she was would be for me to ask her.
